Settlement over inherited property, 1862
Settlement between Ya‘qub Bayg, Turab Bayg, ‘Ali Khan, and ‘Ali Naqi, sons of the late Haj Yusuf and residents of Kamarbunah village, and Sasan Mirza Bahaʼ al-Dawlah on his own behalf and with power of attorney transferred from Bibi Mah, Chaqqah Mah, Khanum Kuchak, Khanum Bibi, and Gul Bibi, exchanging more than half of a property located in Kamarbunah village and all its belongings for two hundred and sixty six tumans.

Two copies of a settlement between Muhammad Hasan Khan and Fath‘ali Khan, 1872 and 1877
Settlement between Muhammad Hasan Khan, son of Khudadad Khan, and Mu’taman al-Sultan Fath‘ali Khan Bayglar Baygi of Azarbayjan, over transferring some properties including three-sixths of Nazarlu village for seven thousand and six hundred tumans. On the margin of the original document, Muhammad Isma‘il, son of ‘Ali, writes about Fath‘ali Khan’s claim regarding his mother’s ownership of three-sixths of Nazarlu village. Muhammad Isma‘il affirms that he heard about this ownership from Shahzadah, mother of Fath‘ali Khan.

Settlement between Khatun and her husband, 1853
Settlement between Khatun, daughter of ‘Ishq‘ali from Khuzan, and her husband Sultan Muhammad, son of Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, exchanging some properties (a piece of land, a house, and a garden with its share of water) mentioned in her marriage contract, along with her share of the inheritance from a specific house and garden, and a piece of land inherited from her father for five tumans and a piece of land in Shams Abad from Sultan Muhammad. The fee for the detriment clause is one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Settlement, 1891 and 1901
Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim from Varnusfadiran of Isfahan, exchanges some properties in Varnusfadiran as well as some share of water for one hundred and sixty five tumans, with two kharvars [unit of weight] wheat, one hundred dinars, and one sir [unit of weight] of Isfahan's crystal candy for the detriment clause. Dated October 8, 1891. On the margin: "In May or June 1892, ‘Ibad Allah settled the above garden to the mother of Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, for one hundred dinars and some wheat. Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum and her husband, 1880
Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum, daughter of the late Muzaffar al-Dawlah, and her husband, Hamid Mirza Yavar [artillery colonel], over her paternal inheritance for one charik [unit of weight] nabat. On June 4, 1880, Hamid Mirza Yavar transferred all the inheritance to Ma‘sumah Khanum for some nabat [crystal sugar] and one misqal [unit of weight] of silver.

Letter to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1892
Includes issues facing several villages such as in Qaysar Abad village, where Najm al-Saltanah has issue with Karbalayi Mahdiquli, as a tenant, on it crops; the great functionality of a qanat; and increasing prices in Tehran. The writer talks about his role in the transactions of Isfandiyari and ʻAli Abad properties and several houses, as well as Najm al-Saltanah's role; the interest for Munavvar al-Saltanah's property worth forty-five thousand tumans and her willingness to sell it; and Shukuh al-Saltanah being not well.

The will of Ahmad ʻImad al-Mamalik, son of Mirza ʻAbd al-Vahhab and Fatimah (daughter of Mirza Tighrud Ismaʻil); addressed to his children. He advises them on several issues, encouraging them to be kind to each other, respect their relatives, and avoid sin.
